Terms and Conditions 

1. The offer is subject to change at our discretion without notice to you. Citibank, N.A. reserves the right to cancel or vary the terms of the above offer at any time and all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, N.A. Citibank, N.A. or any of its affiliates does not accept any responsibility in relation to the offer.

2. You are responsible for informing CitiFX Pro that you have met the required threshold during the promotional period. Your CitiFX Pro account history will be used to validate your transaction records.

3. All claims for this promotion must be received by 5pm on the first Friday following the end of the offer period.

4. All claims for this promotion should be made by emailing: sales@citifxpro.com, you should include the CitiFXPro trading account number in the email.

5. If your trading account with CitiFX Pro is not HKD denominated, then CitFX Pro will transfer an amount equivalent to the rebate amount in the currency of your account.

6. The rebate amount may only be transferred to the CitiFx Pro account that has fulfilled the requirements of the promotion. The rebate is not transferable.

7. Once CitiFXPro has confirmed that you qualify for the rebate amount, the rebate amount will be transferred to your CitiFX Pro trading account within 10 working days.

1. 本行可自行決定修訂上述優惠而毋須通知閣下，Citibank N.A.並保留一切權利隨時取消或更改上述優惠。一切事宜及爭論均以Citibank N.A.的最終決定為準，任何有關優惠的責任問題概與Citibank N.A.或其任何聯繫公司無涉。

2. 閣下有責任通知CitiFX Pro在推廣期內閣下已符合優惠所需資格，閣下的CitiFX Pro戶口歷史將用來確實閣下交易紀錄的有效性。

3. 一切有關是項推廣的回贈申請必須最遲於優惠期滿後的首個星期五下午五時前交抵銀行收悉。

4. 一切有關是項推廣的回贈申請必須以電郵方式傳至 sales@citifxpro.com，閣下必須在電郵內列明閣下的CitiFXPro交易戶口號碼。

5. 如果閣下的CitiFXPro交易戶口並非使用港幣結算，CitiFXPro將以閣下戶口的貨幣轉賬存入數額相等於回贈金額的資金。

6. 回贈金額只可轉入符合推癀優惠資格的CitiFx Pro戶口、並不得轉讓他人。

7. CitiFx Pro一經確實閣下符合申請回贈金額的資格，該回贈金額將於拾個工作天內存入閣下的CitiFX Pro交易戶口。
