The security of personal information about you is our priority. We protect this information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet applicable law. We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information. When we use other companies to provide services for us, we require them to protect the confidentiality of personal information they receive.

CITIFX PRO PRIVACY POLICY

This notice tells you how we collect, handle, and disclose personally identifiable information about you (“Information”) through CitiFXPro.com/asia.

Categories of Personally Identifiable Information Collected

If you simply register to use the website, we will collect certain basic Information about you, such as your name and your e-mail address as you provide them, your log-in password and other information you provide to create a log-in ID, and traffic pattern information. "Traffic pattern information" includes information about which web pages our users access or visit, and how many users log into our websites on a daily basis. Traffic pattern information is only used in its aggregated form.

We also use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that many websites write to your computer’s hard disk for record keeping purposes when you visit them. Cookies allow us to measure activity on the website and to improve your user experience, for example by remembering your passwords and viewing preferences, thus allowing you to visit various member-only parts of the website without re-registering. We may transfer the collected data to our data processors located within the European Economic Area and in third countries if an adequate level of protection is ensured, currently Saxo Bank A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark, Saxo Bank A/S – London Branch, in London, U.K., and Saxo Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.

To the extent the CitiFXPro.com/asia website allows you to apply to become a customer of CitiFX Pro, additional Information may be requested and collected from you via customer application forms and other forms. Such Information may include, without limitation, Information about your net worth and transactional experience, or Information about you collected from other sources such as consumer reporting agencies. Any such Information collected as a part of such an application process will be used to determine whether such application will be approved or denied.

Categories of Third Party Entities with Whom Information May be Shared

Information we collect through www.citifxpro.com/asia may be shared with several types of entities, including other affiliates in the family of companies controlled by Citigroup Inc, as well as non-affiliated third parties, such as:

• agents or sub-contractors who have been assigned or sub-contracted any part of our normal business function or the monitoring of such functions,
• financial services providers, such as companies engaged in banking, credit cards, consumer finance, securities and insurance, and
• non-financial companies, such as companies engaged in direct marketing and the selling of consumer products and services.

You have the right to gain access to the Information processed about you, with, however, certain legal limitations.
